Bethany Burt
Bethany developed Yummy Mummy Fitness to help other postpartum women get back in shape and find a sustainable long-term solution to stay fit and fed! She’s thrilled to be helping others to radically transform their bodies (and lives) based on what she’s learned over almost two decades of studying health, fitness, nutrition, and yoga.

In five years, Bethany Burt had four pregnancies, three emergency c-sections, and spent almost a full year on bed rest. She was physically and emotionally exhausted, and stuck with fifteen extra pounds, despite spending hours doing cardio at the gym daily. She was frustrated, sore, and tired.
She decided to work with a personal trainer and discovered a dynamic new way to train her body. She loved it so much that she decided to get certified, studied nutrition, and attended yoga teacher training. In less than six months, she lost all of the weight, radically transformed her postpartum body and mind, and got into the best shape of her life!
